It is our sincere regret to inform you of the passing of two of our classmates.
Peter J. Materiste, Jr. died November 15, 2013. He is survived by his brother, S. L. Materiste and wife, Sue.
Warren Woodrow May died Saturday, November 16, 2013. He is survived by his wife of over fifty-four years, Mona Jeannine Facundus May, son, Warren Denvil "Dennie" May and wife Kristi, daughter, Jamie May Smith and husband Stephen, four grandchildren, Catherine Lane Smith, Kristen Lynn May, Lauren Elizabeth May and Emilee Rachel Hamilton.
Please remember their families in their time of grief. |

57th Year Reunion

Hi Guys & Girls. It’s time for another Reunion. Next year it will be 57 years since we left our Alma Mata, Dear Old Baton Rouge High, to follow our dreams. Well, we’re ready to celebrate. Are you?
Sign up now to join us for the BRHS Class of 57’s “57th year Reunion” on April 25-27, 2014. Same as 55th Yr. reunion, simple and casual – no program or fanfare, just lots of great food and lots of time and space to have a wonderful gathering with old friends. Everything, except the tour of BRHS, will be held at the Crowne Plaza, 4728 Constitution Avenue, Baton Rouge, LA 70808. (Casual dress for all functions)
For those who want to stay at the Hotel, there is a token block of rooms at a reduced rate($100 per night). Book your room by April 1, 2014, at the Crowne Plaza by calling (225)930-0151 and mention the Baton Rouge High School Class of 1957.
The plans are to have a great get-together for us to see old friends, renew old friendships and learn the answer to what classmates have been up to since the last reunion. |
